Publication Process

From submission to publication — understand the full journey of your manuscript.

1

1. Submissions

Authors submit their manuscripts electronically through our submission and peer-review system called “Paper Chair”.

Manuscripts are checked for completeness and adherence to our guidelines and policies.

2

2. Initial Review

The EJITE editorial team conducts an initial review to assess the manuscript's suitability for EJITE.

Submissions that do not meet our scope, policies, and quality standards may be rejected without external peer review.

All submissions are also verified for plagiarism and AI-generated content before assigning the paper to reviewers.

3

3. Peer Review

Suitable manuscripts are sent to at least three independent experts in the field for peer review.

Reviewers assess the manuscript’s originality, significance, methodology, clarity, and relevance to the field.

4

4. Decision

Based on the reviewers’ recommendations, the journal editor decides to accept, revise, or reject the manuscript.

Authors receive a decision notification via Paper Chair with reviewers’ comments and the official editorial outcome.

5

5. Revision (if necessary)

Authors are given an opportunity to revise their manuscript based on the reviewer feedback.

Revised manuscripts must be re-submitted for further review if required.

This feedback and revision process may repeat multiple times throughout the journey from submission to final publication.

6

6. Acceptance

Once the manuscript meets all editorial standards, it is formally accepted for publication.

Authors are required to sign the Copyright Transfer Agreement.
The final version of the manuscript (Camera-ready paper) must be submitted for publication.

7

7. Production

The accepted manuscript undergoes copyediting, typesetting, and formatting.

Authors receive the final proofs to check for accuracy before publication.

8

8. Online Publication

The final paper is published in an upcoming issue of EJITE and assigned a DOI (Digital Object Identifier) for permanent access.

Published materials are sent for indexing in reputed databases and archives for global reach.

We look forward to receiving your high-quality research!
