General Guidelines

Only original articles are accepted for review and publication.
Manuscripts must not be previously published or under consideration elsewhere.
Authors must follow all editorial and ethical policies.
EJITE is a peer-reviewed international journal.

Submit your manuscript in .doc or .docx format using the official EJITE template.
📄 Download the EJITE Paper Template before preparing your manuscript.
Ensure all co-authors approve the final version before submission.
No changes can be made during the peer-review process.
Revisions are allowed only after acceptance.
Text similarity must be under 15%.

Ensure all co-authors have approved the final version before uploading.
No edits are allowed during the peer-review process.
If accepted, you may make minor revisions before final publication.

🔎 Originality & Plagiarism

All submitted work must be original and unpublished.
Plagiarism above 15% will lead to direct rejection.
AI-generated content is monitored and flagged.
Review the Plagiarism & AI Policy before submission.

👤 Authorship

All listed authors must have made a significant contribution to the work.
Only contributors involved in research should be listed as authors.
The corresponding author handles communication and approvals.
All authors must approve the final version before submission.

📝 Manuscript Guidelines

Ensure your paper follows these formatting and style requirements for smooth review and publication.

📄 Title & Abstract

Title: Short, all caps, bold, centered, 14pt Times New Roman.
Author(s): Name, institution, email — 10pt, centered, single-spaced.
Abstract: 150–200 words summarizing purpose, methods, findings.

🖊️ Text Formatting

Keywords: 6–10 keywords covering the article scope.
Headings: 10pt, bold, uppercase, left-aligned.
Body: 10pt Times New Roman, justified, no indentation.
Spacing: Single-spaced text, double spacing between paragraphs.

📊 Figures & Extras

Tables/Figures: High-res (300 dpi), centered, numbered with titles.
Illustrations: Clear, clean, labeled; avoid scanned or poor quality.
Abbreviations: Define on first use, avoid excessive acronyms.

Final Submission Guidelines

Please verify the following critical points to ensure your manuscript is ready for review.

Citations & References

Use APA citation style throughout.
Ensure all references are cited in-text.
Alphabetize references and avoid footnotes.
Example format: Al-Busaidi (2016).

Conflicts & Privacy

Disclose any conflicts of interest.
Author data is used only for editorial processes.
We do not share contact details externally.

Ethical Considerations

Human/animal studies need ethics clearance.
Mention approval from ethics committee clearly.
Follow international research and consent norms.

Post-Acceptance Guidelines

Upon acceptance, authors must sign and submit the Copyright Transfer Form.
The final camera-ready manuscript must be submitted in correct format.
Copyediting, typesetting, and proofreading will be handled by the EJITE editorial team.
The paper will be published under Open Access and assigned a DOI.
