Notifications & Confidentiality

Authors are notified promptly about decisions through the Paper Chair platform. All manuscript data and reviews are treated with strict confidentiality throughout the process.

🌀 Peer Review Workflow

Step

Submit the manuscript via Paper Chair. The portal admin forwards it to the concerned Editor.

Step

Editorial staff checks for plagiarism & AI content. If issues are found, the paper is rejected.

Step

Associate Editor screens for format, scope, grammar, and standards. Non-compliant papers are returned or rejected.

Step

Qualified reviewers are assigned via Paper Chair by the Editor/Associate Editor.

Step

Reviewers evaluate contributions, methodology, relevance, results and references; comments are sent to authors.

Step

Editor consolidates all reviews and recommendations, and prepares the final report.

Step

Authors are notified of decision with feedback — Accept / Revise / Reject — via Paper Chair.

Accept (Minor Revisions Required)

Accepted as-is or with minor suggestions. Authors submit the camera-ready version after applying edits.

✍️ Conditional Accept (Major Revisions Needed)

Requires major revisions. Authors must resubmit with a point-by-point response. Only one revision allowed.

Reject (Not Suitable for Publication)

Not suitable for publication. Submissions cannot be revised and resubmitted. Authors may consider future work.
