This study explores the role of digital media technologies in improving the effectiveness of loan consulting services at Indexia Finance, focusing on areas such as customer engagement, operational efficiency, and service delivery. This research paper investigates the effectiveness of digital media technologies in the loan consulting industry in India, with a focus on Indexia Finance. Utilizing an action research methodology, the study examines how digital media tools and platforms enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall performance.
